Engineered for Performance: Materials and Construction
Our disposable in-line filters are manufactured from premium materials to ensure maximum chemical and mechanical resistance:
- Nylon PA 12: Recognized by its characteristic slight bluish tint, offering excellent durability for standard industrial applications.
- PVDF: Designed for maximum chemical resistance in aggressive environments.
- Precision Welding: The microfibre glass filter elements are ultrasonically welded into the housing, guaranteeing that the medium cannot be bypassed.

- High Efficiency: Separation rates from 75% to >99.999% (at 0.1 µm) or pore sizes from 0.3 to 75 µm.
- Robust Design: Pressure stable up to 8 bar at room temperature and temperature stable up to 90 °C (at 4 bar).
