Disposable in-line filters (DIF) from R+F FilterElements are the ideal solution for high-precision filtration in confined spaces. These compact, self-contained filter units consist of high-quality housings with permanently welded filter media, ensuring a leak-proof and maintenance-free operation. Whether you are filtering gases, compressed air, or liquids, our DIF series provides a cost-effective and easy-to-install solution for critical applications.

 

Engineered for Performance: Materials and Construction

 

Our disposable in-line filters are manufactured from premium materials to ensure maximum chemical and mechanical resistance:

  • Nylon PA 12: Recognized by its characteristic slight bluish tint, offering excellent durability for standard industrial applications.
  • PVDF: Designed for maximum chemical resistance in aggressive environments.
  • Precision Welding: The microfibre glass filter elements are ultrasonically welded into the housing, guaranteeing that the medium cannot be bypassed.

  • High Efficiency: Separation rates from 75% to >99.999% (at 0.1 µm) or pore sizes from 0.3 to 75 µm.
  • Robust Design: Pressure stable up to 8 bar at room temperature and temperature stable up to 90 °C (at 4 bar).
  • Flexible Mounting: Available with 6 mm hose connections, internal M5 threads on both sides, or external M6 threads on one side.
  • Low Maintenance: Designed as “plug-and-play” units for quick replacement without cleaning requirements.
