High Temperature Dust Filtration

Within the high temperature dust filtration a filter bag equipped with a membrane is the most efficient way to separate particles from a volume flow. A distinction is made between filter bags purely made of woven or non-woven fabrics and filter bags made of woven and non-woven fabrics equipped with a membrane. The filtration properties with a membrane are much higher and approximately double the lifetime of the filter bags. Learn more about membrane filtration by following the link.
According to our estimation the high temperature filtration starts at a continuous process temperature of 150 °C and is open at the top.

Experience has shown that our R+F high performance fibres are a very good alternative to fabrics known on the market. At very high temperatures up to 650°C it is possible to make filter bags from R+F HPF only or to apply a membrane at lower temperatures up to 260°C.
